Parents, and adults accompanying children, are respectfully reminded that they are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times whilst they are on site.
Children under the age of 9 can visit only accompanied by an adult.
• The Estonian Healthcare Museum will not be responsible for personal items, such as clothes, money or valuables, in the wardrobe.
• The consumption of food and drink by visitors is prohibited within the Museum building.
• Any persons found possessing, using or who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will be refused entry to the Museum.
• Tickets will not be refunded.
• Please refrain from actions or making any noise that may disturb other visitors.
• Before using the exhibits, please read carefully the instructions.
• The Museum has the right to claim damages for intentional destruction of or damage to an exhibit.
• The Museum cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur to visitors due to improper use of exhibits or the violation of the internal rules.
• Souvenirs bought from the museum shop will not be re-purchased.
